Material weighing system for the mixing plant:
The weighing system is the key element which influence the production cost and concrete quality. It can be devided into three weighing parts:Aggregate weighing, Powder weighing
,Liquid weighing.
Generally if the production capacity is below 20m3 we will take Superposition weighing way, one weighing equipment for aggregate ( sand, stones), cement and powder will be another weighing equipment, water,liquid and additives will be another weighing equipment. Finally it will pre-mix the liquid and additives. However if the plant capacity is 50m3 it will take the way of independent measurement, all the weighing equipment will take the electronic scale micro computer control. Weighing precision is about ±2%. Cement, powder, additives the precision is ≤1%.
The equipment can be widely used for: JS500,JS750,JS1000,JS1500 ,JS2000,JS3000 concrete mixer machine, HZS25-120 mixing plant, PLD800-4800 aggregate machine, LSY screw conveyor and so on.. It's widely used worldwilde and get many good feed back by all the user.
