The rail lubrication technology guarantees a significant diminution of rails attrition in curves, as well as of train wheel.
At the same time are ensured:

The rail lubrication is ecological. The Whitmore Biorail® EP1 grease is used for -35° C ~ +50° C temperature is delivered in 12 kg canisters.
The installation of the mechanical rail lubricator LC 50 does not require any track construction modifications.
A proper grease dosage will ensure a high efficiency in its use. The lubrication diminishes the rails and train wheels attrition and it significantly extends their life cycle by 30-50%. It also preventively acts against the mechanical attrition, the material fatigue, crazing and tearing. It limits the formation of corrugation – it saves costs for rail grinding.
The reservoir for plastic grease has a capacity of 35 kg or 75 kg. The filling of the reservoir is not time-consuming thanks to the patented mechanical pump. Optionally there can be installed 2-4 distribution blades depending on the number of lubrication places. Depending on the actual local conditions and by an adequate system setting, we are able to influence the length of the lubricated segment in a range of 1.5 to 5 km.
